When will my order be shipped?

All orders will take 1-2 working days to be processed and prepared and the estimated delivery time will take 3-12 working days from the purchase date. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, customs clearance and other external factors.

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 3-12  business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery lead times are within 3 - 12  working days for your order to arrive (does not include custom clearance).

SALE / PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

 

It has been over 13 business days since my order shipped and I have yet to receive anything?

If your order has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service at mesralink@petronas.com along with a snapshot of your order ID within 7 calendar days of purchase made. 

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the tracking number in your account. This can be tracked from the courier website. All you need to do is log into your account and click on Order History and Track Orders. You will be taken to an overview of your recent order along with the shipping logs. 

 

How much is the Shipping fee to Singapore?

Shipping cost will be displayed on the check out page. 

 

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of any applicable goods and services tax or value-added tax and are charged in the local currency or the nearest available local currency on the Site.

Orders shipping to Singapore might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for arrangement on custom clearance, import taxes or any other additional charges incurred.

Petronas Shop is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerages fees or any other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment for clearance into the country.
